Frequently asked questions
Are your teas safe to drink during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some of our teas are formulated specifically for pregnancy (like Prenatal Support and 3rd Trimester) and postpartum (Post Partum). Others, like Womb Purifier or Fertile Womb, are not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always check the product page and consult your healthcare provider before use.
How soon can I expect to notice benefits from the teas?
Herbal healing is gentle and gradual. While some women feel subtle shifts within a week or two, we recommend consistent use for at least 4–6 weeks to support your body’s natural rhythm and balance.
Can I combine different blends?
Yes! Many of our blends complement each other. For example, Hormone Balance can be paired with Fertile Womb depending on your cycle needs. We recommend spacing out different teas throughout the day and being mindful of how your body responds.
Are your ingredients organic?
Yes. All our ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and sourced with intention. Our blends are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and potency.
How should I brew the tea for best results?
Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes (or longer for stronger infusions). For deeper support, you can also make a daily quart infusion of certain blends.
Do you offer bundles or subscriptions?
We currently offer bundles for womb wellness, fertility support, and postpartum care (check our Shop All page!).

How should I store my teas?
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in the resealable pouch or a glass jar to maintain freshness.
What if I have PCOS, endometriosis, or irregular cycles?
We offer targeted blends like PCOS Harmony and Endo Ease made with supportive herbs for those conditions. These blends are formulated with care, but we always recommend consulting with your provider if you’re managing a specific diagnosis.
Do you offer custom tea blends?
At this time, we do not offer full custom formulations—but we love hearing your needs. If there's something specific you’re looking for, reach out via our Contact Page, and we may be able to guide you to the right blend.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is on its way. Please allow extra time during holidays or for handcrafted batches.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our herbal products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), please contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
